Ricky Leaver originally comes from a publishing background, working as the inaugural picture editor of the Evening Standard website when it was launched in 1997. He set up Londonstills Picture Library in 2001 selling his images of contemporary London for commercial, editorial and design usage.

Ricky started selling his work as art in 2007. His aim is to capture London as a colourful, throbbing, metropolis, ever changing, while still retaining its timeless quality. Since 2014 he has been venturing out of the Big Smoke into The Sticks to take wild, wild shots of the great English countryside. A perfect antidote to his London work.
